The Ring of Honor fans are yet to come out of hangover created by War of Worlds. The maniac fights and the tormenting throbs were indeed the lifetime experience for the fans. Carrying forward the same energy, DSPORT is all set to telecast Ring of Honor’s follow-up episode post War of Worlds.

There will be two matches played on this follow-up episode. Watch your favourite stars from ROH contesting for the title on DSPORT from 5:00 pm on Thursday.

First Match

“The Product” David Starr vs. 2017 Top Prospect Tournament Winner Josh “The Goods” Woods

Josh “The Goods” Woods enters the 2017 Top Prospect Tournament with the most robust amateur record of any entrant in the history of the tournament. The former Golden Knight, Woods enters the TPT (Top Prospect Tournament) as a National Champion and was the captain of the 2012 US MMA team who has run fight camps for UFC stars Seth Petruzelli, Alex Nicholson, Mike Perry, and “Filthy” Tom Lawlor.

In short, Woods is a dangerous man. Perhaps the most dangerous in Top Prospect Tournament history. Confident and determined, Woods, with an impressive amateur background, will try to reach the top of Ring of Honor.

Like Woods, Starr’s credentials in amateur wrestling run long and deep. Starr has an impressive pedigree that includes several tours of Europe. Woods saw tremendous talent in the Top Prospect Tournament, but nobody quite with the combination of skill and experience that David Starr brings to ROH!

A formal challenge was made and it has been accepted! “The Goods” will face “The Product” in the City of Brotherly Love!

Main Event

“The American Nightmare” Cody vs “The Heavy Metal Rebel” Frankie Kazarian

Kazarian was the first-ever star to infiltrate Bullet Club and come out living. “The Heavy Metal Rebel” was a double agent of sorts when he helped long-time best friend and tag team partner “Almighty” Christopher Daniels capture the ROH World Championship from Bullet Club’s Adam Cole at 15th Anniversary.

Kaz is a technical wizard in the ring who strongly compliments Daniels’ aerial prowess.

With much fanfare and adulation, Cody made his Ring of Honor debut at Final Battle 2016 in the Hammerstein Ballroom. In his first match, Cody shocked the world by not only defeating former ROH World Champion Jay Lethal but using low blows and dirty tactics to win.

It was that night that “The American Nightmare” was born.

Cody is one of Ring of Honor’s top contenders and is a threat to win the ROH World Championship at any time, deploying moves like the American Nightmare, Beautiful Disaster, and Crossrhodes to defeat his opponents.

Don’t miss out watching the best in professional wrestling do battle.
